The products can be realized through various typology of equipments and processing.
The choice of the typology of equipment to develop in order to realize a product is determined according to some criteria as:
- the geometric conformation of the piece
- the dimensional accuracy required for the piece
- the production volumes required

Thrust washers

In recent years, the consolidation of relations and the continuous exchange of technical and technological knowledge with the designers of the major companies in the Automotive and Electromechanical, have allowed us to develop significant experience in the implementation of various types of thrust washers.

The thrust washers can be realized with different types of material and thickness, always ensuring a high degree of accuracy and responsiveness to the geometric tolerances and to the errors of shape and / or orientation required.

Compound moulds

This typology of production uses the moulds that have the particularity to perform more operations (such as the shearing, the bending, the cupping, etc.) with a single and simultaneous action, thus succeeding to realize the product directly with a single press stroke.

Progressive moulds

This typology of production uses the moulds that have the particularity to realize the finished product through a sequence of two or more operations (such as the shearing, the punching, the bending, the cupping, etc.) at each press stroke.

Specifically, at each press stroke the single "step" of the mould performs a single operation till to obtain the finished product and then leaving the final strip of material.

Transfer moulds

This typology of production uses the moulds capable of products with enough deep cupping through the stretching of the material through a succession of further operations at each press stroke.

The product is thus mechanically transfer, from one operation to the next one, through mechanical arms.

Mechanical assemblies

The mechanical assemblies are performed, after manual pre-assembly of components, through the aid of special equipment of riveting/caulking and screwing.
